RULES Has to be an OC you created (it doesnt have to be a human) No art theft No flamming or fighting When you submit it, you have to write in your artist comment:~ Age :

Only 1 entry per person, but if you have more then 1 char. then you can put them on one picture, but only ONE entry per person 
you may use any media you desire, (example: copic markers, color pencil, neopiko, cg, pixel, etc.etc. ) You can use this as the template ==> 
example of what it supposed to look like ==> 
(note that this is just an example, you dont have to arrange it like this, [name goes in the top box, your slogan/battle cry goes in the bottom and you can put a simple bg w/ ur char. to more describe the personality trait])... you can make your own template (such as drawing it yourself on regular paper) as long as it is similar 
ANYONE can join, so Please talk about this tournament in your journal, shoutbox, etc. so more people can join 
when you submit your entry to DA, you must have a link in your artist comment about this tournament, so others can join to yay for more people! you may comment or send me a note with your entry (if you send a note, please put the title "tornament entry")
DEADLINES Entries = May 30, 12:00 p.m (deadline for all entries to come in) Round 1 = May 31 ( for Judges to vote, please SEND ME A NOTE with your votes ) Round 2 = June 10 ( for all public votes ) Round 3 = June 18 (for all the judges votes, please send me [ 
] a NOTE with all your votes ) Winners Announcement = June 20
ROUNDS We will have 3 rounds The 1st round, DEADLINE MAY 31, will be your OC character round (so just submt it, and we the judges will judge your OC's creativity ness and such...) The 2nd round will be for the public voting (DEADLINE FOR ALL VOTES JUNE 10, and since the judges already picked for the 1st round, there should be no trouble with the 2nd round being voted by the public The last round will be for the judges to pick the winners from the ones who won the 2nd round (DEADLINE FOR ALL JUDGES TO GIVE ME [ ] THERE VOTES IS JUNE 18 ) 
so make sure you have the creativity, uniqueness, style,etc.etc. (all art is beautiful, i dnt care what you people say, we all started out the same way so its beautiful The judges have all privilages and rights to change the winners if necessary to fairness, any ideas or questions may be asked/told ideas are welcome, enjoy ~ 
JUDGEMENT/VOTING There will be 5 judges in total We will Judge on:~ Creativity, Neatness
~ Style, Art
~ Thought of Char. (such as the way the character is presented)
~ If the slogan fits the personality of the char.
~ How well you organize the character
There will be rounds, for example, if we have 100 participants, then the 5 judges will vote for 50 of the best participants the 1st round, the 50 that wins the 1st round will go to the 2nd round, an so forth...... There will be The General Judge (Who decides if the other judges judgement is fair. The judges must be in contact at times when we have a meeting which I will either post a journal about it especially for us (which means you will have to watch me) or when I will send you a note about the judgement and how it is going.
